Cancellation Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2020

All payments are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC. 
Participants must provide at least forty-eight (48) hours notice if they are unable to attend a scheduled class. This will make the student's payments eligible to be moved towards future training with The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC. 

If The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC determine cancellation is necessary due to weather, safety issues, etc., we will make every attempt to inform students promptly, and a full refund will be issued. The client has the option to ask that we move them to another class for a future date. Private/1 on 1 instruction client/s are required to make a full payment for the class.

Inclement Weather Cancellations
Unless otherwise notified you should assume that classes will occur regardless of weather conditions. There is so much that goes into the planning, venues, instructors, resources, and scheduling of all our classes that we only cancel class unless absolutely necessary due to weather conditions. So, you should assume that unless you hear from us that the class you signed up for will occur regardless of weather conditions. In the event, The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC do cancel a class, we will work with students to reschedule them into other scheduled classes if they are not already full. Regardless of weather conditions if you are a no show to class you will forfeit your deposit.

The OA Firearms and Survival Training LLC retain the right to reschedule this and all training courses/class.
